Kwab Asamoah, the founder of family business Kustom Looks GH, is orchestrating a remarkable revolution in Ghanaian menswear fashion. He initially blazed a trail for suits in Ghana, realizing that while he inspired many, an influx of menswear designers subsequently saturated the local suit market.

However, the innovative designer didn’t concede defeat. He persevered and elevated his brand, eventually dressing various celebrities worldwide, including President Obama.

Kwab didn’t stop there. He ventured into sportswear, becoming the first Ghanaian brand to challenge industry giants like Nike and Adidas by creating exceptional and fashionable sportswear infused with Ghanaian flag colors and Adinkra symbols. His clothing line is a source of immense pride for Ghanaians.

He introduced his sportswear collection at Accra Fashion Week in 2022, and it didn’t take long for people to compare the quality of his garments to those of mainstream sportswear brands.

Since then, he has provided sportswear for various organizations, including the Ghana Olympic Committee, All African Games, Ghana Judo Association, Ghana Basketball Association, Ghana Boxing Federation, Ghana Water Polo team, Ghana Death Rugby, and many more.

Kustom Looks is set to return to Accra Fashion Week with fresh designs, solidifying its reputation as the go-to brand for sportswear in Africa.
