Lady Maker, the brainchild of founder Ifunanya Dozie, has unveiled its latest collection, “Waste to Wonder,” on April 22, 2024.

This innovative collection was born out of a dual commitment: a dedication to reducing waste and a passion for handcrafted fabrics. The concept first took shape during Lady Maker’s 5th-anniversary celebrations in 2020, where the team sought to repurpose off-cut fabrics and trims accumulated over the years.

The “Waste to Wonder” collection offers truly unique pieces, with each garment being one-of-a-kind. This ensures that every wearer owns a work of art that is exclusively theirs, reflecting both the brand’s sustainable ethos and its penchant for creativity.

According to founder Ifunanya Dozie “If we can create more awareness, have more champions of circularity, sustainable fashion, reduced consumption, then we would be off to a good start.”
