Renowned Ghanaian musician, Shatta Wale, set the stage on fire as he kicked off the 13th edition of the All African Games with a mesmerizing performance. Entertaining the audience with some of his chart-topping hits like ‘I Know My Level,’ ‘Ayoo,’ and ‘Yawa Of The Day,’ Shatta Wale made a grand entrance, dressed regally as an Ashanti king, adorned in the finest kente cloth and a majestic golden crown.

The All African Games, also known as the Pan African Games, is a continental multi-sport event held every four years. Organized by the African Union in collaboration with the Association of National Olympic Committees of Africa and the Association of African Sports Confederations, this event brings together over 4,000 athletes competing in 29 sports disciplines. Notably, eight of these sports will serve as qualifiers for the Paris Olympics in 2024.

Taking place in the vibrant cities of Accra, Kumasi, and Cape Coast from March 8 to March 23, 2024, the 13th African Games promise an array of thrilling sports activities.
