The Little Mermaid movie which was released earlier this year kicked off a racial storm in the media in regards to white people allegedly upset the mermaid was changed to a black girl and black people upset that they were upset.

When the real truth is the majority of people, but black and white don’t give a dam about the color of a mermaid but it is a common ploy for businesses to play into race hate via their media counterparts and pretend it’s there when it isn’t in order to make up for free promotion.

But one AI artist is showing us that maybe black people may have just been better off with their own mermaid love story than watching one fall in love with a man that had all the visual characteristics and resemblance of a 50s American slave master.

Tiffany who is known on social media as @shabinedreams created a stunning set of visuals on Instagram giving us a glimpse of mermaids cuddled up with their 2 legged counterparts.

Growing up here, all we know of mermaids are horrific sea witches that will curse your eyes out and pull you into the sea if you were ever to see them, yes the well-known story of ‘Mame Water’.
