The Chale Wote Street Art Festival is right now. The event also known as Chale Wote is an annual street festival in Accra, Ghana. The festival targets exchanges between scores of local and international artists and patrons.
It is held in the James Town district in Accra every August for a week. The whole area becomes a massive stage and canvas for African art and content. With street processions, pop up theatres and events.
